The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum

Ernest Hemingway’s home is on display as a museum in Key West, and it is definitely a must do! Step inside the historic Key West home of Ernest Hemingway, and learn about notable events from his life and his most famous works. The interior of his home was absolutely beautiful, as well as the outside wrap-around porch which featured lovely shutters and stunning views. You can venture into the writer’s lush gardens and even take a look inside his writing room, located in a separate smaller house on the property. Look out for Hemingway’s significant 6-toed cats, which he brought with him from Cuba. They cruise around the property and are very friendly little creatures! This was such a picturesque place and one of my favorite stops in Key West.
